22 lbs. Down & Counting
So, I haven’t been blogging much about my weight-loss journey, but, I am officially down 22lbs. & I’m loving it! I am still going through this journey & will give more deets when I am done! If it looks like I’m feeling myself, it’s because I am!
I got down to 177 lbs. on my last weight-loss journey & loved my shape, but, I was really skinny! Loved the outfits, but, I wanted more thickness! When I saw I was nearing 300 lbs., I said ‘HELL NAWL!” & took steps to reduce my weight gain!
WFH jobs come with stress & having to meet your monthly goals. My stressors tend to make me eat for comfort, so, I started keeping my pink Stanley cups with water at work. I have to change my source of caffeine, though!
I have slacked on the gym, but, plan to go back this week coming. I have been tired, lately, & been wanting to unplug from people. In other words: I’m drained. It’s okay, because I feel like a fresh-start is here. Above is me troubleshooting my computer 💻 for Monday! Thank God I had a dock just laying around or I wouldn’t have been able to hook-up anything! I was sent the wrong cord, but, my dock took it, so, we’re good to go!
I’m finally feeling super feminine, again & falling back into my element! It took a while to get back here & I’m loving it! 🥰 Mostly, because I feel like I look 👀 cute in my clothes, again! Yay! 😃 Truly life-changing!
Anywho, once I hit 190 lbs., I’m finna be super gung ho in the gym & hyper-focused on toning & glutes! I might even incorporate some cosmetic surgery, but, nothing too heavy! I’m petrified of that! I would need to do more research 🧐, but, if not, I have other experimental ways I can do things, naturally! I would really want a surgeon with high success rates, so, we will SEE!
Anywho, I’m just glad 😌 I got my bone-structure back! Easy to put on, hard to get off! Frfr!
